One morning Troo's mom was told her that her dad was really sick. Troo and her sister were laying down on the lime green grass,their mom told them that she had another guy that she was dating his name was Hall. Troo said that she liked her own dad better than Hall. Troo said to her mom "My dad may be sick but that doesnt mean that you have to be with other guys." Troo's mom got really mad at her. Then the next day they took Troo's dad to thee hospital because he got really sick. When his dad was at the hospital Troo's dad called her over and he wanted to talk to her bacause he wasnted to tell her something. He felt like dying. He told her "you need to take care of your little sister,you need to promise me that." All Troo saw was all kinds of wires stuck to him. Troo told her dad that he has to be strong that he couldn't die. Troo's mom was with her new boyfriend Hall. Troo's and Nell's mom didn't care anymore about him.

Opinion:My opinion would be that the mom of Troo and Nell shouldn't be with another guy when her husband is in danger of dying. She should be able to be with her daughters and telling them that everything is going to be alright.

Question:Why would Troo's mom be with another guy "Hall" instead of being with her real husband and with her daughters?

Quote:"Promise me that you will take care of Troo." I think that he should'nt be saying that he should be strong and trying his best.

One day a kid will have a mom that she will always paint her toes nails. His mom won a beauty pageant when she was in high school. His mom loved make up,facials,and perfumes. But one day when his family were in the pool he had noticed for the first time that she did not have her toe nails painted. He was shocked because he never thought that his mom would go to the pool withput her toe nails painted. So his son asked her why she did'nt paint her toe nails and his mom said that she was to stiff to get down and paint her toe nails. His dad is big and strong he coached football. He spoked to his wife and said that he would be glad to paint her toe nails. His mom said that it would be foolish to do that. But his dad said "I love you and I want you to feel beautiful as long as you live". Five years later hes still doing his toe nails for her. The kid was so happy that his dad would do that for his mom. He said that,that was True Love.<3

[[Opinion]]
My opinion would be that,that was so sweet what the womans husband would do just for her. Painting her toe nails just for her to feel beautiful.
Its just so sweet because no guy would ever paint their wifes toe nails just for his wife could feel beautiful.

My question would be,why would he do that though just for her to feel beautiful?Should'nt he love her just the way she is?

My connection would be that its amazing how in real life that usually doesnt happen. How my family dont do that with each other.

I think that is a romantic qoute because no one actually says that to their wifes. No guy can truly love a woman as much as this guy can.

True Love

The book that I've been reading is really interesting because it shows how Robert Fulghum saw how love was. There was one girl she was 8 years old,she liked a young boy named Billy. The girl told Billy that if he wouldn't walk her to the bus stop that she will kill herself and she will beat up Billy. Robert Fulghum had that letter that the little girl gave to Billy. The reason why Robert Fulghum had the letter was because Billy showed it to Suzy. Suzy was Billy's girlfriend. Suzy told Billy "I Suzy,promise you,Billy never to kill myself or beat you up". Billy was happy that Suzy told him that because he wouldn't like any girl to kill herself just for him. Once Billy got married with Suzy they had a wonderful life together. Billy never heard of that girl that told him that she will kill herself and beat him up. He said that he will never fall in love with any girl because if what the girl told him. But once he saw Suzy they started talking to her a lot and then they got married and lived happily ever after.

The Lost Boy

The chapter that I started is when the police takes David to a foster home. David met an angel named Ms.Gold. Ms.Gold is a nice,responsible,and that took care of David,David felt really good when he saw her. Ms.Gold took him to his room were there where other children. David saw the bed that Ms.Gold showed him. David started jumping in every mattress in the home. David bounced from one bed to another. But when he went to the living room he almost knocked over a lamp. Mary grabbed his arm. Mary was his aunt. David covered his face but Aunt Mary said that why did he cover his face? David thought that aunt Mary was going to hit him when she actually didn't. Aunt Mary wasn't really his aunt he just called her like that. But then aunt Mary took him to bed so he could go to sleep. David was afraid that his mom was going to jump in the window so she could just take him without anyone knowing. David told aunt Mary and she said not to worry. That's what I have read so far.

[[Christmas]]

Christmas is when all your family gather around. When they talk,laugh,dance,and sing. It's when we share our funny times like when we fallen or tripped. My family celebrates Christmas by singing,eating,laughing,dancing and many more things. We don't open our presents till 12:00 o'clock. The reason for that is because that was the day that baby Jesus was born. I usually take pictures with my sister,mom, and my brother. We go outside since my uncle puts fire outside in the front of the garage its so warm.

Cornell West
Anybody who has the audacity to embark on a quest for wisdom is really on quite an adventure because it requires a lot of courage,determination,discipline,and most important humility.

You have to open to the voice viewpoint,and vision of others.

On my opinion I would say that everyone should have audacity with one another. In order to have audacity you have to have courage. You should have courage on who you are and on what you want to be. You need Determination with yourself. Make your own decisions don't let other people make you decisions. But the most important you want to have is Humility.

Title: The Lost Boy

So far I have read that David ran away from his house because his mother didn't like him. David ran away and when he ran away an officer told him where was he suppose to be. Since he ran away in the night. The officer told him where were his parents. David just looked down to his shoes.The officer took him to the police station. While he has taking him to the police station the officer started to ask him questions like"how old are you" "Whats your name" "why are you in the streets so late?. David didn't answer him. Then finally David answered all his questions. When they got their David saw his dad. His dad screamed out his name and the officer said to David "Is that your dad?." David responded "Yes." Then the officer had to have a talk with his father. After the long talk the officer gave David a slice of pizza. Then David and his father got a ride to there house. When they got to his house the officer shook David's hand. When the officer left the dad of David started telling him "Do you have any idea what your mother's been doing?" David just looked down to his feet holding his two hands. Well that what I have read so far.
