Cornell West
Anybody who has the audacity to embark on a quest for wisdom is really on quite an adventure because it requires a lot of courage, determination, discipline, and most important humility.
You have to open to the voice viewpoint, and vision of others.
On my opinion I would say that everyone should have audacity with one another. In order to have audacity you have to have courage. You should have courage on who you are and on what you want to be. You need Determination with yourself. Make your own decisions don't let other people make you decisions. But the most important you want to have is Humility.

Jessica, can you be more specific? Instead of saying that people should have audacity with one another - can you tell us why, or what you think that statement means?
Also, the rest of your journal response is pretty ambiguous. You need to be very specific - why do you think people should make their own decisions? Why do you think humility is important?
In other words, don't just repeat West's quote, instead, break it apart and discuss each portion. Be specific.
With more practice you will be writing very intelligent journal responses.
